Salon Etiquette

  • Appointments: All services are by appointment only.

  • Booking Fees: All booking fees are nonrefundable.

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full-service amount and will forfeit their deposit. More than three no-shows may result in dismissal as a client.

  • Late Arrivals: If you expect to be more than 15 minutes late, please call us. Your appointment will be abbreviated.

  • Accompanied Guests: Clients must attend appointments alone; no children are allowed unless being serviced.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, Venmo, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay, with Zelle being the preferred method.

  • Shampoo Services: A shampoo is included with all maintenance appointments. If you need to skip this service, your hair must be shampooed within 24 hours before your appointment. If your hair is not clean, we will reschedule, and you will forfeit your deposit.

  • Service Delays: If we are running 30 minutes or more behind, we will contact you via text or notification to discuss rescheduling.

  • Appointment Duration: There are no half appointments; if you book an appointment and leave early, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee.

  • Professional Environment: Lok Lovin’ promotes a pleasant and professional atmosphere. Clients are expected to conduct themselves accordingly and limit the number of belongings brought to appointments.

  • Termination of Services: Lok Lovin’ reserves the right to terminate services with any client at any time for any reason.
